How to Change the “From” Address and the Subject Line of PO Email Communication ?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Request all the PO Communication via Email to come from "Sourcing@xxxxx.com" and the Subject for all lines should PREFIX "xxxxx's List" - Document Purchase Order XX
i.e. to request following change
1) From address in the email should be firstname.lastname@example.org for all the communications
2) Subject: should be “xxxxx’s List – Document Purchase Order XXX”
