Customer was attempting to use the Financial Reporting Batch Scheduler
The scheduler should send an email to the target user or users, and include with an Email attachment
Batch scheduler shows the status as successful in Batch Schedule properties, but NO target user gets an email
Please note that if one or some users DO receive an email, then the setup in this Note is complete
