Symptoms

The Process status shows problem with below error 


Delivery failed.

[INSTANCE_ID=llfsn9xbal04.oracleoutsourcing.com.1434809665627] [DELIVERY_ID=1121]Exception happened when delivery document to email::deliver API call throw ProcessingException::::Email delivery failed with Exception::Email delivery failed with DeliveryException::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Exception reading response;
 nested exception is:
 javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?::oracle.xd
