Annual or Quarterly Goal Distribution on the Performance Measure is Incorrect. Calculation Not Pulling All Transactions From Prior Period. (Doc ID 2050384.1)

Symptoms

Compensation Plan has plan component with Annual or Quarterly interval.  Ran calculation and it is not adding the total amount from prior months of the year.

At compensation plan level, noticed that the goal distribution is incorrect.  It should have one folder for the year. Instead, it shows 12 folders (one for each period).
Navigator > Compensation Plan > Manage Performance Measure

Possibly, at the participant level, the goal is missing (ie. blank).
Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Manage Compensation Plan > Drill down on plan component, performance measure.

Changes

 New implementation or added new year periods to the calendar.
