Fusion Profile Management: FBL - Profile Load With Error - A Profile Already Exists For This Person.

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, File Based Loader
When attempting to load Profile data through FBL
the following error occurs.
"A Profile already exists for this Person".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Profile data through FBL
A new flag has been added in Profile Type UI, to control the default Profile Creation and by default this is Y.
That is, when a User tries to access the Portrait Page, a default Profile will get automatically created via Backend.
If the Flag is unchecked , then the no default profile gets created. So, after Person load, if Customers will take time to load the Profiles (owing to data validation, etc), you can uncheck this flag and then continue, till the Profile load.
Once all Profiles have been loaded, you can turn it on as per their requirement. The screenshot depicting the Manage Profile Types UI is given below:
