Bundle id is not always filled during import with import map (R9)

The bundle id is not filled in the item interface tables when you use import map and import a XML file with more than one multi row record for an attribute group.

This is going the cause problems because of the requirement to create NIR’s and CO’s per bundle id. When the bundle id is not filled correctly, we are not able to create NIR’s and CO’s per bundle id.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
See attachments for a simplified test case (with just one item) that shows what goes wrong:
1. Import an xml file with 2 multi row records => bundle_id is not filled in egp_system_items_interface (this is not correct)
2. Import an xml file with 1 multi row record => bundle_id is filled in egp_system_items_interface (this is correct)
