On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, .Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance Ratings Not Showing in Exp and Qualification Card

The performance rating of the employees with completed documents do not show up in the graph in Experience and Qualification Card in My Portrait

The client uses a band scale for overall ratings:
1. They have two sections of - Competencies and Goals
2. The sum of these two sections translated into overall ratings.
3. The Bands for Overall Ratings are

Score & Rating Grid
Score Rating
95 to 100 Rank A Plus
90 to 94 Rank A
80 to 89 Rank B
70 to 79 Rank C
0 to 69 Rank D

I can see the Document Name on the card, but the graph is blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer should be able to see the Graph in Exp and Qualification Card

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate into POD  as Employee
2. My portrait > Exp and Qual card Performance evaluation is blank
