Journal Approval Not Being Triggered By Journal Import For Subledger Journals

Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals
Journal Approval was enabled for subledger sources like AP, AR and Cash Management (CE).
The Create Accounting program is launched to transfer the information from the subledgers to GL with the option to post the journals in GL.
The journals are created successfully by Journal Import but the Posting program is not being launched despite the option to submit posting automatically.
The posting program needs to be submitted in a separate step. At this point the subledger (SLA) journals get approved and posted.
Expect for the posting program to be submitted automatically by the journal import program.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction in AP, AR or CE
2. Submit the Create Accounting program with the option to post GL journals.
3. See the journal gets created in GL but it's left unposted.
