User Not Getting Notification on the Bell Icon For Disputes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is able to see the dispute notifications on the worklist but not on the Bell icon.
User can see the disputes via :
1. Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Worklist
2. Navigator > Reports and Analytics > Create Analysis on subject area "Incentive Compensation - Disputes Real Time"
User can not see any disputes via navigator's Bell icon.
User plans to disabled the worklist so is dependent on the notification to show up on the Bell icon.
