Symptoms

Below error is received while performing reverse termination:


ERROR
-----------------------
The effective end date must be earlier than the effective end date of the next record. (HRC-1035095)
Another record exists with an effective end date of 4712-12-31.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Manage Work Relationship> View Termination> Reverse Termination - the error occurs when trying to submit.
