The requirement is to be able to consolidate element entries data in the compensation plan based on an element attribute.", the element attribute would be the sub classification .
To illustrate that point let take an example; an employee has the following element entries :

Person number - Element Name - Amount
0001 - Element 1 - 1000€
0001 - Element 2 - 2000€
0001 - Element 3 - 30000€
0001 - Element 4 - 40000€

The setup of element is :
Element Name - Sub Classification
Element 1 - Performance Bonus
Element 2 - Allowances
Element 3 - Performance Bonus
Element 4 - Target Bonus

Let say that the requirement is to get in a compensation plan column an aggregate of the Performance Bonus of the employee, the user want to display in the worksheet a column with :
Person number - Performance Bonus Total Amount
0001 - 31000€

(31000 = 1000 + 30000)

The user wants to build a fast formula based on the element name but they need to have a dynamic Fast Formula as the name can change depending of the country/organization where the solution is being rolled out.
