Symptoms
Purchase Orders
When attempting to Open a Purchase order for Review or Create Purchase Order
following error occurs.
ERROR

Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Purchasing
2. Try to Open the Purchase Order or create order getting error
