Fusion PIM: Organization Level Item Status And Lifecycle Not Updated After NIR Approval in Multi Languages

If we create a new item, we create the item at MST and ORG (NL) level. Normally the ORG item is following the MST level item for attributes that are maintained at MST level.
While testing the UI in session language “Dutch” we discovered that “Item status” and “Item lifecycle” for the ORG item is not following the MST status/lifecycle after NIR approval. The MST item itself gets updated after NIR approval by a rule that is updating the approved item to the “Active” status. The ORG item remains “Pending”.
If we follow the exact same steps in an “American English” session we see that item status/lifecycle for both MST and ORG level are both updated to “Active” after NIR approval.
