Unable to access Business Intelligence dashboards

Getting the following error accessing Assets Business Intelligence and Payables Business Intelligence

access denied for user to path /shared/Financials/_portal/Fixed Assets/dashboard layout.

access denied for user to path /shared/Financials/_portal/Payables/dashboard layout.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Assets > Asset Business Intelligence Dashboard
2. Navigate to Payables > Payables Intelligence Dashboard
