Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Bill Customers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
One specific user does not get the LOV for Account Address Set when creating a customer account. This behavior is present only for this specific user. The impacted user's roles have been compared with other users and all re necessary roles have been added to the user and still the impacted user cannot get the LOV to displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the user is creating a new customer the LOV for Account Address Set is presenting the same available values as for the rest of the users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with the user credentials
2. navigate to Receivables -> Billing -> Create Customer
3.Click on Account Address Set and visualize the LOV

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the user responsible for entering customers cannot enter customers
