ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to perform "Map Reports to Work Areas" setup for Procurement, and Sourcing as the 2 are not displayed in the Application LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to perform "Map Reports to Work Areas" setup for Procurement, and Sourcing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Fusion Apps
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
3. Search and open task "Map Reports to Work Areas"
4. Notice that Procurement and Sourcing are not displayed in Application LOV.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Map Reports to Work Areas for Procurement, and Sourcing.
