Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has a custom field, called "Classification". This field is a Multi-Choice List of Values. If the customer chooses a value, the custom field will save that new value. If the customer chooses to unselect all values, and chooses save, then the LOV will revert to it's previous value.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer has a custom field, called "Classification". This field is a Multi-Choice List of Values. If the customer chooses a value, the custom field will save that new value. If the customer chooses to unselect all values, and chooses save, then the LOV will be set to blank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Multi-Choice of List of Values.
2. Add it to SUI Account
3. Update the Account to have one of the values.
4. Unselect the value and save.
5. Old value appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove a value.
