Fusion Global HR: Standard Working Hours Frequency Value of Semimonthly not Consistently Available in the List of Values (LOV) (Doc ID 2058390.1)

Symptoms

In Manage Legal Entity HCM Information when the Standard Working Hours is set to 40 or 86.67, Semimonthly is not available to select as the Standard Working Hours Frequency. However, if 5 is entered in the Standard Working Hours, semimonthly is available.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Setup and Maintenance
2. Search and select Go to Task for Manage Legal Entity HCM Information
3. Search and select an existing Legal Entity
4. Select Edit>Correct
5. Set Standard Working Hours to 40
6. Click the drop-down for Standard Working Hours Frequency. Note Semimonthly is not available. Select to search. Semimonthly is not available.
5. Set Standard Working Hours to 86.67
6. Click the drop-down for Standard Working Hours Frequency. Note Semimonthly is not available. Select to search. Semimonthly is not available.
5. Set Standard Working Hours to 5
6. Click the drop-down for Standard Working Hours Frequency. Note Semimonthly IS available.
