Unable to access FSM Tasks due to Remote Region Error (Doc ID 2060037.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access several FSM tasks across the modules (FND,HCM,CRM,etc.) . Shows following error when clicking on 'Go to Task' .

STEPS

  1. Sign in to Fusion Applications.
  2. Open Settings and Actions menu.
  3. Click Setup and Maintenance....
  4. Enter any task name in search field and search.
  5. Click Go to Task.
  6. Shows the following error.
