After Upgrade to Release 10, Can Not See the Sales Compensation Menu Workarea from the Navigator. (Doc ID 2060221.1)

Symptoms


User has "Incentive Compensation Participant" role. When he logs in, he can not see the Sales Compensation menu
from Navigator with Standard and / or with Simplified UI homepage.

Also, user with "Incentive Compensation Participant Manager" role can not see it either.

These users were able to see the Sales Compensation before upgraded to Release 10.


STEPS
User logs in and can not see the Sales Compensation menu from the navigator.
