Fusion Talent: Dead Entity Error Message When Trying To Save Potential Assessments In The Talent Review Meeting (Doc ID 2060243.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.9.2.0 version,  Talent Review

Dead Entity Error Message when trying to save potential assessments in the Talent Review meeting  

When attempting to save Potential Assessment data in the Talent Review Meeting users sometimes run into an error message

However when getting back into the meeting, the changes do not appear to have been saved. Therefore all entered data is lost when this error message pops up.

Attempt to access dead entity in QstnrResponseEO, key = oracle.jobo.Key [300000003517263 ] Your changes were saved




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log in to system
2) Click on Navigator
3) Click on Talent Review under Manager Resources
4) Click on the go-to task icon next to the Talent Review Meeting
5) Click on the complete assessment icon for the first eligible user in the hierarchy
6) Complete assessment
7) Repeat Steps 5 and 6 two more times for eligible employees in her hierarchy
8) On the 4th attempt, complete assessment and click save
9) Error message generated
