ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When trying to restore a rejected Duplicate Resolution Request
the Restore Set button is greyed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Restore button should be available
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Duplicate resolution request
2. Restore  a rejected one > in details UI the Restore Set button is greyed


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot restore rejected duplicate resolution requests.
