Fusion Absence Management: Schedule And Monitor Absence Accrual Process Does Not Find Expected Repeating Periods

While attempting to run the Calculate Accruals and Balances process the parameter repeating period is not displaying all the pay periods.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Schedule and Monitor Absence Processes > Calculate Accruals and Balances process
2. Select the Absence Plan, and look up the desired repeating period, but observe that it is not listed.
