OUTLOOK : Issues appears in OSC for outlook when sync a new created account and contact (Doc ID 2061169.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to add new contact, the following error occurs.

Sync_dump_ 7 issues detected


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contact in outlook
2. Sync with Oracle Sales Cloud
3. Issues Appears in Oracle Sales Cloud add-in

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync successfully .

 

Bellow were seen as required fields but they were not displayed on the account layout

 OpportunityName_c => Text field
 OptySalesMethod_c => FCL
 SalesStage_c => FCL
 OptyCloseDate_c => Date
