Fusion PIM: Enhancement Request - Allow Access to Option Application Role When You Add Members to an Approval Group

We like to create approval groups for the NIR/CO approval that refer to application role. However, this option is grayed out when we create a new group.
Maintenance would be much easier if we could use Application Roles, because we also use Application Roles for NIR definition.
Navigation: Functional Setup Manager > Task: Manage Approval Groups for Supply Chain Management
+ New Group
+ Add Members
Pull down menu only allows you to choose Users; the other options are grayed out.
