The R10 Release Notes state the following for the new page:
"Task owners are not required to be meeting facilitators, but if the task owners do not have access to the Manage Notes and Tasks page, they may not be able to manage the task."
"Talent review meeting facilitators can create, assign, and manage tasks for action items arising from a talent review...Everyone who has access to the Manage Notes and Tasks page can view all tasks for the review population, including those from previous talent reviews."
Our question is, how would a user have access to the Manage Notes and Tasks page without being a meeting facilitator?
Where would the user access this page if the meeting does not appear on their Talent Review page, since they are not a meeting facilitator?
It also states: "To reduce notification clutter, managers no longer receive notification when they are assigned a new task."
If managers do not receive notifications when they are assigned a task, where and how can they view the task?
