Symptoms

When creating an opportunity from desktop user interface, the following error message appears:

ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #8

The log file shows:

MOW_AMENG_NO_RULE_SETS_FOR_IP

MOW-225011 An active assignment rule set cannot be found. Contact your help desk.
