ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email Workflows are not triggering from Partner Login

We have email triggers on Opportunity Object. The email worklflows are getting triggered from my login (Sales Admin).

But from Partner Login none of the Email workflows are not getting triggered

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a user with Partner roles is creating an Opportunity, the email workflow should work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an Partner user
2. Create an opty -> The email is not send

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users which are partners when they create an opportunity the workflow is not working.
