ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GBN: Eloqua Update Contact external call generating an error

The Update Contact external call is generating an error due to the 'StatusFlag' field being returned with a null value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Update Contact external call should not error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the Update Contact external call from Eloqua

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send contact updates from Eloqua to OSC.
