Symptoms
When attempting to Load the Supplier Contact template to the interface using FBDI, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. populate the template xslm with the desired data
2. generate CSV file
3. Use FBDI to upload the file to the Interface tables
