On : version, Approvals

Assigned a Goal Plan to an Employee, the Employee works the Goals so that they are in a Complete status. The Employee then submits the Goal Plan for approval, it gets approved by the Matrix Manager and by the Line Manager however the Employee is seeing that it was not processed due to an application error.


FYI:The Approval Request for the Goal Plan {3} Was Not Processed Due to an Application Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create and Assign Goal Plan to worker
2) Login as Worker
3) Worker makes updates to goals and selects save
4) Worker updates all goals to "Complete" to trigger approval
5) Worker submits goal plan for approval
6) Login as matrix manager
7) Select notification and approve goal plan
8) Login as line manager
9) Select notification and reject goal plan
10) Log in as worker and make updates to goals and resubmit goal plan
11) Log in as matrix manager, select notification, approve goal plan
12) Login as line manager, select notification, approve goal plan
13) Worker will receive application error message and goal plan is stuck in limbo
