Fusion Absence Management: Accrual Balances Are Not Being Updated to Current Date (Doc ID 2064158.1)

Symptoms

An employee was enrolled in an absence plan with effect from 27-Mar-2009, and accruals were run for all periods through to 2015. However, this person's accruals are only calculated through to 15-Jan-2010.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage absence records > Enroll in absence plan from 27-Mar-2009
2. Run accruals through to 2015
3. On the plan participation region, observe that the accruals are only calculated until January 2010.


If the user runs the Calculate Accruals and Balances ESS process for January 2010 or later, it fails with the following error:
