DOO Orchestration BPEL processes are not purged by the delete_instances_in_parallel purge script.
This script is executed with the following parameters (RETENTION is set to 180 days):
SQL obtained from - Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) SOA 11g Infrastructure Database: Installation, Maintenance, Administration and Purging Guide (Doc ID 1384379.2) - shows that BPEL instances generated for Order Orchestration Processes are eligible for purging.
