On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After making the postal code field mandatory, it is not reflected in the accounts creation page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

postal codes should be reflected in the account creation page

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Make postal code mandatory by configuring the task 'Manage Address Formats' for the country United Kingdom
3. Postal code is not reflecting in the account creation page

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the postal code on the account creation page as mandatory
