Fusion CST: System is not Costing Cycle Count Adjustment Transactions (Doc ID 2067109.1)

Costing not being created for adjusted item quantity after cycle count.

Steps to Duplicate

Item quantity before performing cycle count = 50 Nos
Item cost = 10.40984
Now create cycle count adjustment
1) Create cycle count
2) Record count sequences and submit

On hand qty is updated after the cycle count adjustment to 55
--Run ESS Job the Transfer Receiving to Costing
--Run ESS Job the Transfer Inventory to Costing
--Create Cost accounting distributions

--Review the cost accounting distributions: Transaction Errors Tab has the error message: There is no Cost for the transaction

--System is not costing cycle count Adjustment transactions

Expected Behaviour
Cost accounting entries should be created by the ESS Job the Transfer Inventory to Costing after cycle count quantity ajustment.
