Symptoms

On Applications 11.1.9.2.0 CLOUDsub
When attempting to Save and Close a duplicated Rule (Purchasing Charge Account Rule) after rename, the following error occurs:

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Define Transaction Account for Procurement>> Define Transaction Account Rules>>Define Transaction Account>>Manage Account Rules
2. Duplicate Rule - "Purchasing Charge Account Rule"
3. Give Name, Short Name, Description, Save and Close
4. Error : "Validation failed for one or more errors {0}. (XLA-870336)"

Business Impact

Due to this issue, system is not allowing to save the rule
