Orders Created Successfully, EFF Data is not Updated to Database

Symptoms
EFF data is not being stored to the Database
User has created a Fulfillment Line EFF, which uses a text Value Set of 10 Characters. The payload presented to DOO contains a value which is longer that 10 Characters. The order is created successfully and is processed, HOWEVER no value is stored for the Flexfield information, A row for this EFF is created in the database. In addition to this:
a. Support has observed that no error is reported in EM
b. All other flexfield information provided in the payload is also NOT stored.
Any EFF validation errors should cause an error to be reported to the user.

Verify that the EFF row has been created with Null Values by executing the following SQL:
