Fusion OAO - IIR returns same record instead of possbile duplicate at Account Creation

On : version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

At Account Creation, customer sees Exact name match instead of % match for possible duplicates.

Matches to new account should be shown according to the % threshold that was established.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new org named “VVMOrgFINEST” along with an address and after some time when verified in IIR web search client, this org is not synchronized. Attached the screen shot in attachment. Synchronize Customer Data job is running successfully for every minute.

2. Tried to create same org again, and found that in the duplicate matching pop up, Name Match is only showed instead of % threshold score.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct match for possbiel duplicate Account
