In the Simplified User Interface, when a user clicks on the Opportunity icon off the main page, they are taken to a screen that displays all the Opportunities they have security access to view/edit. On that screen, the user has the ability to enter text string to search for all the Opportunities they have access to that meet that criteria. The issue is that when customer enters a search text string, customer cannot
find all the open records which is existing under their "Opportunity Default List". Sometimes the search returns with No Sale Status or Closed Status records. Sometimes the search did not return any record although the record is there under their "Opportunity Default List".
How do we change that behavior and have the system return all Opportunities (open) that meet the criteria?
