Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

After the instance was upgraded to R10, the analytics page fails to load anything but a blank page.

Navigation steps:
1. Login
2. Click the "Analytics" button
3. View the blank screen
