R10 - Impossible To Import Rejected Leads Due To "The value of the attribute RETIRE_REASON_CD is not valid. You must provide a value that exists in the lookup type MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD_SETID." error (Doc ID 2076235.1)

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
R10 - Impossible to import rejected leads

in out production environment, just updated (30-october) to release 10, it is impossible to import the Rejected leads.
They all fails with the error message:
"The value of the attribute RETIRE_REASON_CD is not valid. You must provide a value that exists in the lookup type MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD_SETID."

I looked for the lookup with type MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD_SETID but it seems it doesn't exist. I've only found MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD (without the final _SETID), and MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD contains all the values which are failing.

The artifacts (for the sales application) have been generated right before the import batch has been launched, so the problem should not be related to missing artifacts.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The error message received after import fails should be "The value of the attribute RETIRE_REASON_CD is not valid. You must provide a value that exists in the lookup type MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance --> Manage file import activities --> create a new import to reject leads
2. See the error logs after import finishes Completed with errors.
