Symptoms

When attempting to create crediting custom qualifier, the following error occurs.

ERROR
You cannot perform this action on the selected records.


STEPS

1. Create value set "MZ_SUB_PROGRAM_TYPE"
   Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Incentive Compensation Value Sets

2. Create descriptive flexfield segment and associate value set
   Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Incentive Compensation Descriptive Flexfields
     Flexfield Code = CN_TP_BASETRANS_DFF
     Name = Sub Program Type
     Table Column = ATTRIBUTE39
     Value Set = MZ_SUB_PROGRAM_TYPE

3. Deploy Descriptive Flexfield

4. Create custom credit qualifier
   Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Create Custom Rule Qualifier
     Business Unit = My Business Unit
     Name = Sub Program Type
     Rule Type = Credit and Classification rules
     Lookup Type = Fixed Choice List
     Qualifier Operators = Equal to
