Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Item Management

When attempting to update existing record using ItemServiceV2
the following error occurs.

ERROR

JBO-25020: View row with key null is not found in ItemVO_ItemCategory_ItemVOToItemCategoryVO_ItemCategoryVO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use ItemServiceV2 to attempt to direct update Category
2. Hit error condition JBO-25020 null key


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use service to auto update categories for Purchasing
