Symptoms
When attempting to enable Custom Rule Qualifier, the following error occurs.
ERROR
You can't perform this action on the selected records.
STEPS
Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Custom Rule Qualifiers
BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot enable additional custom qualifier for crediting and classification rules.
Changes
User has been creating custom qualifiers then delete and recreate multiple times during implementation trying to keep within the limit of number of custom qualifiers.
