Purpose
This document summarize common errors with accessing Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation due to security roles.
Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation have the following seeded roles :
Incentive Compensation Analyst
Incentive Compensation Application Administrator
Incentive Compensation Integration Specialist
Incentive Compensation Manager
Incentive Compensation Participant
Incentive Compensation Participant Manager
Incentive Compensation Plan Administrator
For Release 12 and beyond :
1. Assign the appropriate roles to user to access Incentive Compensation (see Doc ID 2080022.1 )
Process will no longer generate data security roles specific for each of your business unit (eg. Incentive Compensation Application Manager IC Demo BU) for Incentive Compensation.
Instead, assign the seeded security roles (eg. Incentive Compensation Application Manager ).
2. Assign the business unit access (see Doc ID 2256889.1) to the users per roles.
