Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0/11.1.10.0.0 version, File Based Loader

When running the HR2HR Batch Error Analysis Diagnostic report, the following error occurs in Size of Batch Lines section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Troubleshooting > Run Diagnostics Tests from Display name menu.
2. Schedule the HR2HR Batch Analysis report.
3. Review the output of the run.
