User Friendly Error Message Required While Submitting Review and Submit Accounting Configuration - Remote Region Error (Doc ID 2080996.1)

On : version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

User had assigned multiple LE to Primary Ledger. They later realized that business could not determine the balancing segment value (BSV) for one
of the legal entities (LE), for all other LEs they had assigned BSV.
Hence the LE reference from the Primary Ledger was deleted as it did not have any BSV assigned.

The below error was displayed as soon as the Submit button for Review and Submit Accounting configuration process was clicked.

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #4":
An error occurred while invoking task Review and Submit Accounting Configuration. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this
error. Contact your help desk.."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigator>Setup and Maintenance>Define Ledger
2. Select the scope of task
3. Review and Submit Accounting Configuration
