Note Is In XClassic UI But Not Simplified UI (Doc ID 2081089.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lead Note is visible in Classic UI but not simplified UI

Customer is creating leads with Notes through web services. When posting payload against web service, says it posts payload successfully. However, when viewing the Leads in simplified UI, the Notes are not visible. When changing to classic UI for the same lead, the Note can be seen.

Note is actually found in the database, only missing from Simplified UI


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Lead notes created via web services should be visible in both classic and Simplified UIs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a web services client such as SoapUI, create a Lead with Notes

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Lead notes in Simplified UI.
