How To Restrict Access To Employees on Benefits Overview Page

Navigation: Navigator> About Me > Benefits > Benefits Overview Page is displayed with parameters to select Person Name and session date.
The parameter for persons shows all employees. Even if user using a data role based on person security profile to restrict the access, all employees are being shown up.
Is this the intended behavior? Does the data role based on person security profile not restrict the visibility on the Benefits overview page?
