Symptoms

Each time users produce a PO, with the option to send via email configured and an email address entered in the correct place, the supplier email recieves an error notification saying "The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found". 



Error Message:

 

Sequence of Events

1. user abc@def.com creates a requisition and documents.
2. The requisition is approved by abcm@def.com.
3. Document approved – email sent to abc@def.com (the buyer and requisitioner)
4. Notification of failure to deliver PO received as shown above.

Note: The supplier communication method = email
