Email Delivery has Failed to These Recipients or Groups , The E-Mail Address You Entered Couldn't Be Found

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Each time users produce a PO, with the option to send via email configured and an email address entered in the correct place, the supplier email recieves an error notification saying "The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found".
Sequence of Events
1. user firstname.lastname@example.org creates a requisition and documents.
2. The requisition is approved by email@example.com.
3. Document approved – email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (the buyer and requisitioner)
4. Notification of failure to deliver PO received as shown above.
Note: The supplier communication method = email
